- This card is a Wyrm-Type Synchro Monster counterpart to "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6".
- This is the 1st Synchro Monster to support Pendulum Monsters.
- All three of this cards effects are related to all three original Horus monsters effects.
- Its Normal Monster requirement reflects Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 in being unaffected by card effects since LV6 is unaffected by Spell Cards.
- Its Effect Monster requirement reflects Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 by negating the effect of another face-up card since LV8 can negate any Spell Card.
