  • Like most of the characters that appear in Yu-Gi-Oh! R, Tualatin is named after a microprocessor.
  • In the color art page of the chapter where "Tualatin" appears, he is seen in tones of blue and gold instead of silver and yellow, like the TCG card.
  • This card is one of only a handful of cards which, when Summoned properly has a superior effect to its anime/manga counterpart, with the reverse usually being the case.
