- This card can be searched by "Dark Sage", "Ancient Gear Drill", "Angmarl the Fiendish Monarch", "Left Arm Offering", "Terraforming", "An Owl of Luck", "Demise of the Land", "Ancient Fairy Dragon", "Madolche Butlerusk", "Favorite Hero", "Planet Pathfinder", "Pop-Up", "Metaverse", and "Set Rotation".
- Use the DIVINE Attribute "Egyptian God" cards to avoid any negative effect, provided you have no other monsters out.
- You can handicap your opponent by Summoning monsters to their side of the field or otherwise giving them control of one of your monsters.
- "Ojama Trio" allows you to see your opponent's hand.
- "Lava Golem" will inflict 1000 burn damage, and will cause "Clear World" to inflict a further 1000.
- "Grinder Golem", "Destiny Hero - Departed", "D.D. Guide", "Nightmare Archfiends" and "Revival Gift" can prevent your opponent from attacking.
- "Putrid Pudding Body Buddies" will force your opponent to discard cards.
- "Creature Swap" or "Give and Take" will give your opponent a monster of your choice.
- "House Duston" can Summon multiple Dustons to hinder your opponent with, and give you some "White Duston" to use to Tribute Summon "Clear Vice Dragon".
- Use "Scroll of Bewitchment", "Strike of the Monarchs", and "DNA Transplant" to manipulate this card's effects.
- By declaring WATER, you can force your own discards to activate the effects of Fabled or Dark World monsters or reduce your hand for Infernity monsters.
- Summon a single powerful DARK monster like an Earthbound Immortal or Malefic to bypass the attack restriction from this card.
- In an EARTH deck, keep all your monsters in Attack Position to prevent them from being destroyed by this card's effect.
- Take advantage of this card's discard effect in WATER decks to activate the effects of "Mermail Abysshilde" or "Mermail Abyssgunde".
- You can use Spirit monsters or Tribute your monsters for effects before the End Phase to avoid the negative effects.
- Use the Life Point gain effect of "Solemn Wishes" to essentially nullify the cost for this card.
- Use Life Absorbing Machine to gain an additional 250 LP.
- This can be incredibly dangerous to anyone who has Elemental HERO Electrum / Elemental Mistress Doriado out.
