- This card works well with "Hardened Armed Dragon".
- This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute (without losing its original ATK value) using "The Trojan Horse".
- This card can be searched via "Witch of the Black Forest".
- Use "Rescue Cat" to obtain the Tributes you need to Summon this card.
- Use "Beast Soul Swap" to Special Summon this card to regain its original ATK.
- You can use this card with Skill Drain.
- This works well in Synchro Summons similar to Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast but still the Dragon is still better.
- Use this card with "The Fabled" - thanks to their special summon effects, you can easily gather tribute material, and then recycle cards from your graveyard. For instance, if you special summon "The Fabled Chawa" by discarding "The Fabled Cerburrel", Cerburrel will be special summoned and you can tribute both for Behemoth and return them to your hand.
- A good way to use little monsters for this guy is to use a bubonic vermin combo. Set one, it gets destroyed and summons another one, you flip that one next turn to get the 3rd one, and tribute for the behemoth.
