- This card can be searched via "Sangan", "Last Will", "Apprentice Magician", "Witch of the Black Forest", "Magician's Circle" One for One, and "Mystic Tomato".
- You can perform a OTK with this card. See: Magical Scientist Deck.
- Magical Scientist's effect is not limited, so you can activate the effect multiple times, for example; you can pay 1000 Life Points to summon 1 level 5 or 6 fusion monster and then pay another 1000 Life Points to summon another level 5 or 6 fusion monster.
- Use this card's effect to easily summon Dark Flare Knight to get Mirage Knight on the field.
- You can use this card to summon Thousand-Eyes Restrict, absorb a monster, and then at the end of the turn when Restrict returns to the fusion deck, the absorbed monster will be destroyed.
- You can use this card the same way you would use Mausoleum of the Emperor, provided that you have enough fusion monsters in your extra deck.
- To summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic more easily, use this card's effect to summon 2 Sanwitch.
