Card Trivia:Gem-Knight Citrine

- This card is probably named after Madeira Citrine, a bright orange gemstone.
- "Madeira" in Portuguese means "wood" and in Latin means "matter", explaining the monster's wooden armor.
- The arms and sword of this monster are similar to those of the "Laval"s.
- This card appears to have been Fusion Summoned using "Gem-Knight Crystal" and "Gem-Knight Garnet or "Gem-Knight Ruby", since "Gem-Knight Garnet" is also a Pyro-Type monster and its arms are made up of fire.
