- It is possible that this is Hand of the Six Samurai when she was a younger woman: they share Level, Attribute, ATK, and DEF, and similarities between their effects.
- It also portrays the armor which can be seen on the background behind Hand of the Six Samurai.
- This card's effect is advanced version of " Hand of the Six Samurai's" effect.
- Comparing the image on this card, as well as the image on "True Six Samurai - Shinai", it seems they are each standing on either side of the symbol of "The Six Samurai". It is possible that they both card images might be the a different side of the same image and these two Samurai are both in the same place. This is possibly hinted by, or might just be a reference to their effects. Each can be special summoned when the other is on the field. Also both "True Six Samurai - Mizuho" and "True Six Samurai - Shinai" apparently wear the same necklace.
- It is also possible that this card and "True Six Samurai - Shinai" might have been lovers in the past, which would explain their specific summoning conditions.
