- This card is the first Original Insect-type Synchro Monster. The first Insect-type Synchro Monster, Underground Arachnid, originally was released as a Dark Synchro Monster in the anime.
- This card and "Formula Synchron" are tied for the lowest level 2 Synchro Monsters in the OCG/TCG.
- This is the only "Tech Genus" wind insect monster.
- "Tech Genus Recipro Dragonfly" effect is very similar to "De-Synchro" and they both can only active durung main phase..
- This card's effect is geared specifically towards Delta Accel Synchro Summoning "Tech Genus Halberd Cannon" (sending "Tech Genus Blade Blaster" to the graveyard to summon "Tech Genus Gladiator" and "Tech Genus Wonder Magician" and then tuning all three)
- You can use its effect to send "Tech Genus Halberd Cannon" to the graveyard, activating both effects to first summon a monster through the effect of "Tech Genus Halberd Cannon" and then summon the synchro materials of "Tech Genus Halberd Cannon".You do not miss the timing, because "Tech Genus Recipro Dragonfly" effect is a "if... you can" effect.
