Photon Hand is an ability that Kaito Tenjo possesses.
It lets him to obtain a "Number" card from a defeated oponent, similar to Astral. He was shown using Photon Hand in Episode 13 to take "Number 56: Goldrat" from a thug.[1]
When Kaito used Photon Hand, an illuminated hand and arm formed, stretching out and entering the fallen foe. The "Number" card initially appeared in Kaito's hand as a glowing orb before morphing back into the card. This technique steals the soul of the victim, who ages considerably after losing their "Number". Kaito was told by Mr. Heartland that all "Number" holders are evil, so stealing their souls does not matter.[1]
