- In the anime, this is the first card that can attack all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls, and only them, by its own effect.
- This is the first and currently only Winged Beast-Type DARK Xyz Monster.
- When this card activates its effect it is sheathed in an enormous cloak of flames, during which time it resembles The Winged Dragon of Ra (Phoenix Mode) (along with its potentially field-clearing ability).
- This monster has a symbol on the rear of its head.
