Card Tips:Number S39: Utopia the Lightning

- This is useful against monsters like Number C9: Chaos Dyson Sphere due to this card's effect on not being use as a Xyz Material and preventing ht opponents cards and card effect from activating until the end of the damage step.
- The best way of this card to have a lot Xyz Material is first to summon Number 39: Utopia, then overlay Utopia to summon Number C39: Utopia Ray, then use a Rank-Up-Magic (such as Barian's Force or Numeron Force) to Rank-Up Utopia Ray into Number C39: Utopia Ray V/Number C39: Utopia Ray Victory, finally using your Number C as the Xyz Material to Xyz Summon Number S39: Utopia the Lightning, giving your monster 5 Xyz Materials or 6 if Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force was used and there was a Xyz Monster with Xyz Material on your opponent's side of the field at the time of this card's activation.
