- In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 143: "What Lies Beneath, Part 3", the Supreme King uses this card during his Duel against Axel Brodie. After the Supreme King activates the fourth effect of "Vicious Claw" to Special Summon an "Evil Token" to Axel's side of the field, he activates this card to equip the latter to the token, increase its ATK by 500, and inflict 500 damage to Axel during each of the latter's Standby Phases. On the last turn of the Duel, Axel activates "Volcanic Cyclone" to send "Volcanic Counter" from his hand to the Graveyard and destroy this card. Since this card was removed from the field, the ATK of the "Evil Token" is returned to its original value.
