- In episode 45, Roman Goodwin used this card in his Ground Duel against Yusei Fudo. He activates this card to give himself the upper hand in the Duel. After Yusei's "Road Warrior" attacks and destroys "Underground Arachnid", this card's effect activated at the end of the Damage Step, switching "Road Warrior" to Defense Position. In the next episode, Yusei attacks and destroys "Ground Spider" with "Turret Warrior"(who had gained the ATK of "Speed Warrior" due to its effect). At the end of the Damage Step, this card's effect switched "Turret Warrior" into Defense Position. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- In episode 47, this card appears in a flashback Trudge has when he explains to his friends and allies that it's his fault Martha was sacrificed into "Earthbound Immortal Uru".
- In episode 56, Roman used this card to gain "Earthbound Immortal Uru's" effect and attack Yusei directly.
- In the anime, Insect Monsters were not affected by the effect of this card.
