- Use with Exodius.
- Normally this card requires a cost of 1000 Life Points to activate, but the effect of "Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude" only activates the effects of Spell Cards, so costs and other requirements are not necessary. So using "Diffusion Wave-Motion" with Diamond Dude's effect will allow you to attack all monster on your opponents side of the field for free.
- "Spell Economics" is useful when using this card.
- Use "Diffusion Wave-Motion" with any powerful Spellcaster-Type monsters like "Dark Magician", "Dark Magician of Chaos", "Sorcerer of Dark Magic", etc.
- This card becomes really deadly combined with Final Attack Orders and Ojama Trio
- Use this card along with "Megamorph" to deal greater damage.
- A really devastating combo is if you are facing a field full of weaker Attack Position monsters and you have a Dark Magician and a set Secrets of the Gallant, along with this card in your hand. Activate Secrets of the Gallant, and then activate Diffusion Wave-Motion. Each attack forces your opponent to discard 2 random cards, and if you can inflict battle damage to enough monsters then you can probably leave him with no cards in his hand.
- Ebon Arrow along with this card can deal huge damage.
