- This card is seen in Yanagi's hand in episode 6, when he shows Yusei his cards. In the same episode, Yanagi Tenzen Summons this on his first turn in his duel against Jin Himuro.
- In episode 7, when Yusei Fudo duels Himuro using Yanagi's Deck, he Summons "Crystal Skull" in Defense Position and uses "Curse Reflection Doll" to reverse the damage from "Crystal Skull" to Himuro. Himuro destroyed it by attacking it with "Giant Ushi Oni". Yusei later revived it with "Stonehenge" and protects it long enough to play "Triangle O" inflicting a further 3000 damage to Himuro wining Yusei the duel.
- In episode 18, when Professor Frank asks Ruka what "Symmetry Rorschach" looks like to her, Yanagi calls out from the audience that it's "Crystal Skull".
