He activates the second one to recover 1000 Life Points after being inflicted with 1000 damage via "Thunder Short". This lets Yuma activate his face-down "Asleep at the Switch", destroying Ukyo's "Super Crashbug". This leads to his defeat, as "Number 34: Terror-Byte" is left with 0 ATK in Attack Position as a result.
