"Dark-Eyes Illusionist":

Pegasus used this card against Yugi. When Yugi tried to attack this card with his "Curse of Dragon", Pegasus used this card's effect to stop the attack and render "Curse of Dragon" immobile. The following turn Pegasus tributed Dark-Eyes Illusionist through the effect of "Black Illusion Ritual" to Ritual Summon Relinquished. In the English dub, Pegasus explicitly stated that he created Dark-Eyes Illusionist exclusively for his Duel with Yugi.

In the anime, it had 0 DEF, and the effect was not a Flip Effect; instead, it would activate whenever a monster attacked it.

In the Spanish dub of the Anime, this card was known as "Ilusionista de los Ojos Negros".
