This card's attack name in the Japanese version is Diamond Dragon Lance and its attack name in the dub is Double Dragon Lance.

In episode 5, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Weevil Underwood. He summons this card via "Polymerization" in order to prevent "Gaia the Fierce Knight" from being destroyed by "Great Moth". "Great Moth's" poisonous scales were then blown at this card, decreasing its ATK. Yugi then activates "Makiu, the Magical Mist" to have the poison removed, but this unfortunately leaves this card's ATK at 1900. "Great Moth" then attacks and destroys this card.

When Yami Yugi duels against PaniK, Yugi summons this card after combining his "Curse of Dragon" and "Gaia the Fierce Knight" with "Polymerization" on the third to last turn of the duel. On the last turn of the duel, Yugi tributes this card with the first effect of his "Catapult Turtle". The second effect of "Catapult Turtle" then increases this card's ATK by 600. Yugi then aims and launches this card at PaniK's "Castle of Dark Illusions" which results in Yugi taking damage equal to half of this card's Attack Points due to the third effect of "Catapult Turtle" but this also destroys the castle's floatation ring which causes PaniK's "Castle of Dark Illusions" to fall down on PaniK's monsters ("Barox", "Dark Chimera", "King of Yamimakai" and "Metal Guardian") after Yugi ended his turn, destroying them and inflicting damage to PaniK equal to the DEF of "Castle of Dark Illusions", winning Yugi the duel.

When Yugi Muto duels against Joey Wheeler, Yugi summons this card after fusing "Gaia the Fierce Knight" and Curse of Dragon" using "Polymerization". He then uses this card to destroy Joey's "Flame Swordsman". On the next turn, this card gets destroyed by Joey's "Black Skull Dragon".

When Yugi Muto duels against Bandit Keith (under Marik Ishtar's control), Yugi summons this card after fusing "Gaia the Fierce Knight" and Curse of Dragon" using "Polymerization". He then uses this card to destroy Keith's "Mechanicalchaser". On the next turn, this card gets destroyed by Keith's "Machine King" (whose ATK was 2800 due to it being powered up by its own effect and the effect of "Machine Conversion Factory").

When Yami Yugi duels against Weevil Underwood (under Dartz's influence), Yami Yugi summons this card via "Polymerization". This card then attacks Weevil's "Leghul", but Weevil activates "DNA Surgery" to turn all monsters on the Field into Insect-Type which causes this card to become an Insect-type monster. This card's attack was then nullified since Weevil's "Insect Barrier" was still on the field. On the next turn, this card gets destroyed by Weevil's "Insect Queen" (whose ATK was 3300 due to it being powered up by its own effect and the effect of "The Seal of Orichalcos").

In episode 220, this card is shown when Yugi is shown building his Deck for the Ceremonial Battle.

This card appears in the display case containing a replica of Yugi Muto's Deck.^[1]
