- Rafael first plays this card in his first duel with Yami Yugi. He was able to summon it out since "Rod of Silence - Kay'est" was on the field. This card attacked Yami Yugi directly after "Guardian Grarl" destroyed Yami's "Big Shield Gardna" (It could attack directly thanks to "Crystal Seal". This card played no other part in the duel after that.
- It was later played in Rafael's rematch with Yami Yugi.
- Guardian Kay'est appears in Rafael's flashbacks.
- In episode 160, Guardian Kay'est appeared in a flashback when Yami Yugi recall how he Tributes "Dark Magician Girl" using "Catapult Turtle".
- During most of her appearances, she looks quite serene; however, when Rafael played "The Seal of Orichalcos", she gained an evil appearance, including fangs and a psychotic expression.
