- This card's effect in the anime activates only when an opponent's monster declares an attack and you take battle damage equal to more than half of your life points. After activation, the player special summons this card in Defense Position and is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Aqua-Type/WATER/Level 10/ATK 0/DEF ?) and this card's DEF becomes 3/4 of the ATK of the monster that attacked. This card itself cannot attack.
Battle City Finals
- Yami Marik uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. After "Obelisk the Tormentor" attacks Yami Marik directly, he activates this card which becomes a monster with DEF equal to 3/4 of "Obelisk the Tormentor's" ATK. On Yami Marik's turn, he activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card and "Revival Jam" together to create "Egyptian God Slime" whose ATK and DEF became equal to this card's DEF.[1]
