- In episode 60, Misty Tredwell used this card in her Ground Duel against Akiza Izinski. She activates this card after she activates the Field Spell Card "Mirror Labyrinth". On Akiza's turn, she draws "Evil Thorn". Due to this card's effect, Akiza is forced to shuffle "Evil Thorn" back into her Deck. Later Akiza draws "Violet Witch" on her Draw Phase. Due to this card's effect, Akiza is forced to shuffle "Violet Witch" back into her Deck. In the next episode, Misty draws "Reptilianne Gorgon" on her Draw Phase. Due to this card's effect, Misty is forced to shuffle this card back into her Deck. Misty then sends this card from her field to the Graveyard in order to revive her "Dragon Queen of Tragic Endings".
- When Misty activated this card in the anime, it revealed a flashback of both her and her brother Toby Tredwell. In this flashback, Toby gave a locket to Misty as a birthday gift for her.
