- In episode 60, Misty Tredwell uses this card during her Ground Duel against Akiza Izinski. She activates this card after she activates "Mirror Labyrinth". On Akiza's next turn, she draws "Evil Thorn". Due to this card's effect, Akiza is forced to return "Evil Thorn" to her Deck. Later Akiza draws "Violet Witch" during her Draw Phase. Due to this card's effect, Akiza is forced to return "Violet Witch" to her Deck. In the next episode, Misty draws "Reptilianne Gorgon" during her Draw Phase. Due to this card's effect, Misty is forced to return "Reptilianne Gorgon" to her Deck. Misty then sends this card to the Graveyard in order to revive her "Dragon Queen of Tragic Endings" through its second effect.
- When Misty activated this card in the anime, it revealed a flashback of both her and her brother Toby Tredwell. In this flashback, Toby gave a locket to Misty as a birthday gift for her.
