"Upstart Goblin":

Damon, Laurence and Nova use this in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force. Nova uses it to help fill his Graveyard to activate "Exchange of the Spirit", while Laurence and Damon use it as part of their Goblin and Draw-themed Decks, respectively.
