"Magic Deflector":

OCG Rulings

If this card is activated after a Quick-Play Spell Card has already resolved and was sent to the Graveyard, or an Equip, Field or Continuous Spell Card has applied its effect and has left the field, their effects won't be negated.^[1]

This effect is applied until the end of the turn, not until the End Phase.^[1]
