• D.D. Scout Plane: If "D.D. Scout Plane" is removed from play and then returned to the Graveyard with "Miracle Dig" the same turn, its effect is reset and it remains in the Graveyard and is not Special Summoned.

• D.D. Survivor: If "D.D. Survivor" is removed from play, then placed in the Graveyard with "Miracle Dig", he is not Special Summoned.

• Dark Ruler Ha Des: If one of these Effect Monsters is removed from play (by "Soul Release" for example) and then returned to the Graveyard with "Miracle Dig", the negation condition was lost and the effects will now be active.

• Different Dimension Gate: When a monster removed with "Different Dimension Gate" is sent to the Graveyard with "Miracle Dig", the monster won't return to the field when "Different Dimension Gate" is destroyed, but the other monster removed with "Different Dimension Gate" will still return to the field.

• Metaphysical Regeneration: Even if Psychic monsters sent to the Graveyard are no longer in the Graveyard during the End Phase, they still can count for “Metaphysical Regeneration”.

OCG Rulings

• When "Miracle Dig" or "Burial from a Different Dimension" return removed from play cards to the Graveyard, the cards are not treated as being sent to the Graveyard. Thus, you can activate "Burial from a Different Dimension" and its effect will be applied and return cards to the Graveyard even when the effects of "Macro Cosmos" or "Banisher of the Light" are active.

• "Burial from a Different Dimension" and "Miracle Dig" can only be activated by selecting monsters which are removed from play face-up. If a monster is removed from play face-down - such as by the effect of "Destiny Hero - Doom Lord" - then it cannot be returned to the Graveyard by effects like that of "Miracle Dig".
