- You can easily get this card's destruction effect by equipping it to "Gearfried the Iron Knight".
- Use "Heavy Storm", "Mystical Space Typhoon" or any other card that destroys Trap Cards to quicken the activation of this card's effect.
- "Double Cyclone" goes perfectly with this card, use it to destroy this card, and you can destroy a Spell or Trap Card along with a monster.
- "Harpies' Hunting Ground" pretty much gives you 6 chances to destroy any card using "Blast with Chain" with your 3 "Harpie Queen" and the best "Harpie Lady" or "Harpie Lady 1". You can speed this up even further if you have a "Swallow's Nest".
- Use this card in a "Scrap" Deck, where you can target it with the effect of "Scrap Dragon" or "Scrap Twin Dragon" for an instant +1, you play the Equip Card, monster gets slight boost, when that equipped card is off the field, you get an added bonus, more card removal!
- This card is a prime target for "Release Restraint Wave" because after "Release Restraint Wave" destroys all the face down Spell and Trap Cards, "Blast with Chain" can destroy a monster or a face-up spell or trap card at the same time.
