  • Keep in mind Konami has ruled that this card can only work with Materials that still match up with the requirements of the Fusion Monster. For example, it won't work with "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon" because "2 DARK monsters on the field" logically cannot be in the Graveyard.
  • While this card can return Fusion Monsters from any side of the field to the Extra Deck, it only brings back material from your GY. If you target an opponent's Fusion Monster, it goes back to their Extra Deck but they won't get their Material back. You also avoid triggering any "leave the field" effects of that monster.
    • If your opponent Summoned a Fusion Monster using your cards through "Super Polymerization", or took control of your Fusion Monster, this card can get all your Material back.
