- This card can be searched by "Guiding Ariadne", "Sacred Arch-Airknight Parshath", and other generic searchers.
- Remember that you can use this card against ANY damage-inflicting effects, including your own.
- This card works well in a "Cyberdark Dragon" Deck with Dragons in the Extra Deck. Use this to counter effect damage and dump a Dragon to the Graveyard. When you Summon "Cyberdark Dragon", you can equip it with a Fusion Monster (which is usually more powerful than other Dragon cards). Good examples include "Dragon Master Knight" and "Five-Headed Dragon".
- In a Graveyard Dragon Power Deck, you can dump a high-powered Dragon so that "Deep-Eyes White Dragon" can use gain its ATK when summoned.
- You can also dump the previously mentioned monsters for the effect of "Felgrand Dragon".
- Use this card to dump a Fusion Monster with a powerful effect, then copy that effect with "Phantom of Chaos".
