- This card can be searched by "Reign-Beaux, Overking of Dark World", "Snoww, Unlight of Dark World", "Lucent, Netherlord of Dark World", "Sky Scourge Cidhels", "Dharc the Dark Charmer, Gloomy", "Chaos Zone", "Rescue Ferret", "Witch of the Black Forest", and other generic searchers.
- Though this monster's second effect will not activate if you are the one to discard it, you can still use Dark World cards such as "Dark World Lightning", "Dark World Dealings" and "Brron, Mad King of Dark World" to Special Summon this 2300 beatstick without Tributing.
- You can combine this monster with "Deck Devastation Virus".
- This is a good sidedeck card to counter decks that discard cards, such as X-Saber Decks.
- You can use "Dragged Down into the Grave" with this card and with all Dark World monsters. You can Set Spell and Trap cards before using "Dragged Down into the Grave" to see your opponent's hand and your opponent must discard the Dark World monsters in your hand, then you can activate their effects.
- You can play this card and all Dark World monsters with "Skill Drain", because a lot of the Dark World monsters have not effects on the field.
- Use this card with "Mind Crush". You can name 1 random card, then discard your Dark World monsters and activate their effects.
- Discard this card for "Fabled Raven's" effect to perform a quick level 8 synchro summon.
