Card Tips:Mausoleum of the Emperor
- This card can be searched via "Terraforming" or "Demise of the Land".
- This card is best used as a finisher, so your opponent doesn't have a chance to use its effect.
- Combine this card with "Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi" to form a weaker version of the infamous Yata Lockdown, albeit at the cost of 2000 LP during each of your turns.
- Combine this strategy with "Ancient Fairy Dragon" and "Regulus" to decrease the LP lost each turn. "Life Absorbing Machine" can also be used to make the loss 0.
- Equip monsters Summoned by this card's effect with "Megamorph", since your Life Points will most likely be lowered.
- Unless there is some way of regaining your Life Points, a total of 3 two-Tributers or 7 1-Tributers can only be Summoned, and even then, it will leave yourself quite vulnerable to the opponent's attacks. Thus, some cards should be considered to regain Life Points if this card is use often, or be selective with which monsters will benefit with this card.
- Summoning a card like "Guardian Angel Joan" with this card is a useful combo, as its effect can help regain your lost Life Points.
- This card is an excellent addition to an "Earthbound Immortal" Deck. With it, "Earthbound Immortal" monsters can be Normal Summoned without Tributes, as well as fulfilling the requirement for keeping them on the field.
- Use "Dewloren, Tiger King of the Ice Barrier", "Mist Valley Falcon" or "Mist Valley Thunder Lord" to return this card to your hand to prevent your opponent from utilizing this card and activate this card during your next turn.
- If there is a Trap or Quick-Play Spell Card that destroys Spell Cards, such as "Dust Tornado", "Double Cyclone" or "Emergency Provisions", wait until the opponent pays Life Points to activate this card's effect, then Chain the aforementioned card to make your opponent waste Life Points.
- This card can be used well in a "Ancient Gear Machina" hybrid Deck alongside "Geartown" to easily Summon "Ancient Gear Golem", "Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon" and "Machina Fortress".
- This card is great when combined with "Dark Dust Spirit", as it will destroy all face-up monsters and attack.
- When further combined with "Light of Intervention", this will destroy all other monsters.
