"Millennium-Eyes Restrict":

This card can also be Fusion Summoned with "Instant Fusion", "Fusion Parasite", "Curse of Dragonfire", "Performapal Trump Girl", "Predaplant Chlamydosundew", and "Relinquished Fusion".
This is a good card to use against a deck based on either Cyber Dragon or Harpie Lady archetypes as several monsters in their respective lines can be treated as said monsters. By equipping one to "Millennium-Eyes Restrict", you can negate most of their effects.
