- Use De-Synchro to use this card's effect multiple times in a single turn.
- You can combo this card with "D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation" or "Return from the Different Dimension" or "Dimension Fusion" to reuse powerful Psychic-Type monsters like "Thought Ruler Archfiend" and "Magical Android".
- Synchro Summon this card with Krebons and remove Krebons from play right away for 1200 life points.
- Use with Soul Absorption for even more life gain.
- With Genetic Woman's effect, you can basically have a machine that allows you to add any Psychic you want to your hand each turn and gain 200 Life Points.
- Or you could use Psychic Path after using Psychic Lifetrancer's effect twice to regain more life points.
- Summon a level 4 monster and then activate Emergency Teleport to summon a level 3 tuner. Synchro summon for this card and then activate Psychic Lifetrancer's effect to remove the tuner from play considering it was to be removed from play at the end phase anyway.
- Remove a Tuner and a non-Tuner in two turns to set up Psychic Feel Zone.
