- This card can be searched by "A Cat of Ill Omen" and "The Despair Uranus".
- Since "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" are "destroyed" as well as banished, the destruction of "Pyramid of Light" allows for the Special Summoning of "Theinen the Great Sphinx".
- You can use the effect of "Book of Eclipse" to prevent "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" from being destroyed.
- "Double Cyclone" can be used to destroy an opponent's Spell and/or Trap Card as well as "Pyramid of Light" to allow for the summoning of "Theinen the Great Sphinx" if "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" were on the field.
Traditional Format[edit]
- Activate "Heavy Storm" after Special Summoning both "Andro Sphinx" and "Sphinx Teleia" to get rid of all Spell and Trap Cards on the field (including your "Pyramid of Light") to Special Summon "Theinen the Great Sphinx" without the risk of it being destroyed by your opponent's Spell or Trap Cards.
