"Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force":

This card is useful to take an Xyz Material from some specific monsters that are particularly powerful or worrying while having Xyz Materials attached to them, such as "Wind-Up Zenmaines", "Number 39: Utopia", "Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack", "Evilswarm Ophion", "Evolzar Dolkka", "Gachi Gachi Gantetsu" etc.

Use this card while your opponent controls another Number C or CXyz monster (other than Shark Drake Veiss or Utopia Ray) to remove it's required xyz material and effect.

Before ranking-up "Number 39: Utopia" to "Ray V" or "Ray Victory", Xyz Summon "Number C39: Utopia Ray" to have the Rank 5 "Utopia" monster have one more Xyz Material attached to it.

You can use this card on an Xyz Monster which relies on its effect after using all of its Xyz Materials. By that way, you can recycle it, using it as material for bringing out a powerful Xyz Monster.
