"Sephylon, the Ultimate Timelord":
  • This card is quite Splashable in most decks, since its summoning conditions are easy to meet. Also, even if you do not have a Fairy-type monsters to Special Summon with its effect, having 4000 ATK and DEF is still pretty good.
  • For this card's OCG/TCG effect, the "Darklord" Archetype would work well, with all the "Darklords" (except Edeh Arae) being at least Level 8.
    • Most if not all of the Darklords are Fairies, too, and have high ATK even without this card's effect.
    • Some of the Darklords can only be summoned from the hand, so this card's would also work well here, too.
  • Special Summon this card, and Tribute it or a monster Special Summoned by this effect to Tribute Summon a "Great Maju Garzett" with 8000 ATK.
  • You can easily OTK your opponent using this card: use an engine composed of "Magical Merchant", sending a "Sky Scourge Norleras" to your Graveyard. Next, once you'll have at least 11 monsters in your Graveyard (10 + Norleras), use "A Feather of the Phoenix" to return this card to the top of your Deck; then use "Phantom of Chaos" in order to copy Norleras' effect by removing it from the game, and erase everything on the field and in both hands. By its effect, draw 1 card, and Special Summon Sephiron (because it has been returned to the top of the Deck) along with a Fairy from the Graveyard, increasing the ATK of the Special Summoned monster until it has 4000. Then, attack. (4000 + 4000 = 8000)
  • You can use "Power Wall" to mill the 10 card requirement faster and at the same time dodge some damage. This is legit move using a non-existant card. Feel free to print your own copy of Power Wall and use it at a local tourney.
  • This card can be useful in a Lightsworn deck. Not only do they mill your deck to easily fulfill this card's summoning requirement, but they also use a few Fairy-type monsters like "Celestia, Lightsworn Angel" and "Honest", but none of them are compatible with this card's effect. Try adding some high-level Fairy-type monsters.
    • Additionally, this card can easily OTK in the deck type. Simply play "Beckoning Light" with a hand size of 3 or higher, then add 1-2 "Judgment Dragon's" & 1-2 of this card to your hand. Summon Judgment Dragon and use its effect to clear the field, then Summon either a 2nd Judgment dragon, and 1 of this card, or 2 of this card, to attack for 8000 or 11000 damage respectively.
