- This card can be searched by "A Cat of Ill Omen" and "The Despair Uranus".
- This card is best used with "Millennium Shield", "Neo Aqua Madoor" or "Labyrinth Wall".
- Combine with "Dawnbreak Gardna" or "Gem-Knight Iolite", since they do well in Defense Position.
- You can use it with "Water Spirit", "Tune Warrior", "Flamvell Guard", "Ally Mind" or "Genex Controller" for a quick Synchro Summon. Unlike "Birthright", this card will not be destroyed when your target leaves the field, allowing you to recycle it with "Giant Trunade" or "Mist Valley Falcon".
- You can bring your "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", "Red-Eyes B. Dragon", "Tri-Horned Dragon" and many other Normal beatsticks, though "Birthright" serves that purpose better.
- Use "All-Out Attacks" or "Battle Mania to change your monsters into Attack Position.
