* This card is best used in battles involving the following monsters:
** Activating this card in a battle with any of your "@Ignister" monsters; as this card will be in the GY by the point during Damage calculation where your "@Ignister" monster would be destroyed by that battle, you can banish this card from your GY to both protect your monster and prevent yourself from taking the damage.
+
** The player's "@Ignister" monster, since this card can banish itself from the Graveyard to protect the battling "@Ignister" monster and avoid taking damage.
** Activating this card in a battle where your monster has 0 Original ATK; since its original ATK is 0, you can use this card to trade your monster for an opponent's, damage your opponent with this card's effect, and prevent any of your own LP loss.
+
** The player's 0-ATK monster (or low ATK in general), since the player won't take much damage this way.
*** Similarly, if you have LPs to spare, you can use this card to beat out a stronger opposing monster with a low-ATK monster of your own, ensuring you take the least and most manageable amount of Effect damage possible while your opponent takes the highest amount of Effect Damage you can deal them, ridding them of their strongest monster to boot.
+
** The opponent's high-ATK monster, to maximize the amount of damage inflicted.
** Activating this card in a battle with a monster of yours with an effect that prevents its destruction from battle; using this card with monsters like "Kaiser Glider", "Marshmallon" and many other similar monsters will allow you to destroy most any opponent's monster in battle, regardless of ATK scores, and also ensures only your opponent is damaged by this card's effect.
+
** The player's monster which is unable to be destroyed by battle, avoiding taking damage this way, such as "Timelord" monsters, "Cloudian" monsters, "Marshmallon", etc.
*** Similarly, this card in combination with "Kishido Spirit", "Mist Body", "Waboku" and other similar Spells and Traps that prevent your monsters from being destroyed in battle allows any of your monsters to triumph in most any battle, while also dealing, likely, a sizable amount of damage to your opponent's LP.
+
*** This can also be accomplished with cards such as "Kishido Spirit", "Moon Mirror Shield", "Mist Body", "Waboku", etc.

* This card can work well with the monster effect of "Doom King Armageddon", especially when used for a battle involving the player's own high-ATK monster, yielding a larger ATK boost for "Armageddon" as a result (albeit at the cost of taking more damage from this card's effect).

  • This card is best used in battles involving the following monsters:
    • The player's "@Ignister" monster, since this card can banish itself from the Graveyard to protect the battling "@Ignister" monster and avoid taking damage.
    • The player's 0-ATK monster (or low ATK in general), since the player won't take much damage this way.
    • The opponent's high-ATK monster, to maximize the amount of damage inflicted.
    • The player's monster which is unable to be destroyed by battle, avoiding taking damage this way, such as "Timelord" monsters, "Cloudian" monsters, "Marshmallon", etc.
  • This card can work well with the monster effect of "D/D/D Doom King Armageddon", especially when used for a battle involving the player's own high-ATK monster, yielding a larger ATK boost for "Armageddon" as a result (albeit at the cost of taking more damage from this card's effect).
