This stops both players from summoning anything. On your next turn, activate Light of Intervention so your opponent can no longer Set monsters either. Since their field will most be empty, this gives you free access to Direct Attacks.
- For extra safety, you may want to have Solemn Judgment and/or Royal Decree on the field in case your opponent activates Mystical Space Typhoon, Heavy Storm, or even Harpie's Feather Duster if you are playing the Traditional Format.
