• This card appears in the artwork of "Roar of the Bound God".

• Ccarayhua（Qaraywa） means lizard in Quechua language.

• Black Rose Dragon is the antithesis to this card; Black Rose destroys all cards on the field when it's summoned, where as Ccarayhua destroys all cards on the field when it's destroyed.

• Instead of absorbing his soul, Ccarayhua litterally ate Sayer. Ccarayhua is the first of the Earthbound Immortals to actually eat someone.

• This is the only Earthbound Immmortal whose effect was never used in the anime.
