Card Appearances:Earthbound Immortal Ccarayhua
This monster is the Earthbound Immortal, used by the Dark Signer Misty Tredwell.
- While in the hospital, Ccarayhua spared Misty from dying(In the dub, Misty was in a coma and Ccarayhua had offered to help Misty get revenge on the person who was responsible for what happened to her brother). Afterwards, the Earthbound Immortal ordered her to destroy the servant of the Crimson Dragon, Black Rose.
- In episode 30, Luna dreamt of this monster; it accompanied the other Earthbound Immortals, who fought Ancient Fairy Dragon and the other 4 Dragons.
- In episode 39, Misty uses this card during her Ground Duel against Akiza Izinski. She Tribute Summons this card by Tributing two Reptilianne Tokens. Many people surrounding the Arcadia Movement building were sacrificed in order to summon this card. The monster was extremely large and stood outside the building. It shocked Akiza, as it glared at the window. The Duel later ends with no result as the Arcadia Movement building started to fall apart after being attacked by "Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu". Afterwards, this card and "Aslla piscu" were recalled.
- In episode 42, this card appears in a flashback Rex Goodwin has when he explains that what Yusei saw at Satellite (where people were sacrificed in order for an Earthbound Immortal to be summoned) also occurred in New Domino City.
- This card also appears in a flashback shown by Rex Goodwin when he shows the Earthbound Immortals that attacked New Domino City last night. He also explains that they are the gods of the Dark Signers.
- In episode 61, Misty uses this card during her Ground Duel against Akiza. She Tribute Summons this card by Tributing her "Dragon Queen of Tragic Endings" (due to the effect of "Advance Force", the necessary Tributes to summon this card was reduced by one). At this point, Misty hears the truth about the death of her brother, Toby Tredwell thanks to Yusei using his handmade Duel Disk to broadcast his conversation with Sayer about Toby to her. Misty then orders this monster to devour Sayer (in the dub, she ordered this monster to send Sayer to the Netherworld). After doing so, she apologizes to Akiza, and tries to forfeit the Duel, but the Envoy of the Netherworld refuses to let this happen and takes control of Misty. This card then attacks directly via its own effect, but Akiza activates "Ground Capture" to halve the Battle Damage she takes. Since Akiza took at least 1000 damage, the second effect of "Ground Capture" activates, allowing Akiza to draw one card. On the final turn, Akiza activates "Shining Rebirth" to Synchro Summon "Black Rose Dragon" from the Graveyard and grant it immunity to destruction this turn. Akiza then activates the effect of "Black Rose Dragon" to destroy all cards on the field, but Misty activates "Doom Gazer" to inflict 300 damage to Akiza for every card that will be destroyed. Since seven cards will be destroyed, Akiza will take 2100 damage, but Akiza activates "Nature's Reflection" to redirect the damage to Misty, winning Akiza the Duel. With Misty's defeat, this monster disappears and all the people that were sacrificed to it were released and revived.
- In episode 149, this card appears in Z-one's backstory when he explains how he became Yusei and why he wanted to destroy Neo Domino City to change the future. This card is shown on Z-one's computer when he is shown looking up Yusei's history.
