- This card has an "Evil HERO" counterpart: "Evil HERO Infernal Sniper".
- This card, "Total Defense Shogun", and Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei are the only two monsters to have an effect that allows them to attack while in Defense Position.
- However, Rampart Blaster can only attack directly this way, as there must not be any monsters on the opponent's side to do so. This also means she is the only one who can't attack in defense mode against monsters.
- This card is the first female "Elemental HERO" Fusion Monster.
- In the anime dub, during the Tag-Team Duel between Jaden, Syrus, and the Paradox Brothers, she is referred to multiple times as a "he" (most likely by mistake).
