- This monster appears to be a robotic puppet designed by her brother "Longirsu, the Orcust Orchestrator" to look like "Ib the World Chalice Priestess".
- This is reflected by a number of similarities between this card and "Ib", such as 1800 ATK, a Link Rating of 2, and Link Arrows that face opposite directions.
- The edge of her scythe also appears to be one of the blades used by "Mekk-Knight Avram", possibly the same one used in the artwork of "World Legacy Struggle".
- This monster appears in the artworks of "Orcustrated Return", "Orcustrated Core", "Orcustrated Release", and "Mekk-Knight Orcust Girsu" (albeit in a spirit form).
- The cathedral-like insides of "Orcustrion" seem to provide the background for this card's artwork.
