- This is the fourth Synchro Monster that requires "Junk Synchron" as the Tuner Monster. The other three are "Junk Warrior", "Junk Archer", and "Junk Gardna".
- However, in terms of OCG cards, it is the third Synchro that uses "Junk Synchron" as the Tuner as "Junk Gardna" has not been turned into a real card yet.
- Junk Destroyer is the second Earth Attribute "Junk" Synchro Monster. Junk Archer being the first. Junk Warrior and Junk Gardna are both Dark Attribute as is Junk Synchron.
- This is the strongest "Junk" monster to be released.
