- Raziel is the archangels of secrets and mysteries in Jewish and Christian angelology. He is the author of the Sefer Raziel HaMalakh which he gives to Adam and Eve shortly after their expulsion from the Garden of Eden so they would find their way back, which is reflected in this card's effect of returning cards from the Graveyard and into the Deck.
