  • This is "Hand of the Six Samurai" when she was a younger woman: they share Level, Attribute, ATK, and DEF, and similarities between their effects.
    • It also portrays the armor which can be seen on the background behind "Hand of the Six Samurai".
  • Comparing the image on this card, as well as the image on "Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai", it seems they are each standing on either side of the symbol of "The Six Samurai". It is possible that both card images are a different side of the same image, as these two Samurai are both in the same place. This is possibly hinted by, or might just be a reference to, their effects. Each can be special summoned when the other is on the field. Also, both "Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho" and "Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai" apparently wear the same necklace.
  • It is also possible that this card and "Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai" shared a close history, a relationship of sorts, which would explain their specific Summoning Conditions and necklaces.
    • However, considering their effects and that "Shinai" would become "Spirit of the Six Samurai", it's possible that these two were lovers but that "Shinai" would later sacrifice himself for another comrade, considering his effect.
    • Furthermore, in the card art for "Asceticism of the Six Samurai", "Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho" is seen holding the head or helmet of "Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai". This could possibly show that he sacrificed his life for her.
  • A clear image of the "Shien" symbol on "Mizuho" can be seen on her forehead in "Asceticism of the Six Samurai".
