- This card is based on Serket, the Egyptian scorpion goddess.
- This card has a counterpart known as "Millennium Scorpion".
- This card is similar to some Field Searchers because it requires "Temple of the Kings" to be on the field, similar to how most Field Searchers need Field Spell Cards on the field.
- Even though it would seem somewhat odd that this card is Fairy-Type even though it resembles a scorpion, would seem to be Insect-Type, it should be taken into consideration that this is based off of an Egyptian goddess, but because it was not considered a god card, the closes to the typing of gods are fairies. there is also the fact that a scorpion is technically not an insect but rather more closely related to spiders rather than insects.
