  • Although some cards could be debated on, Pot of Greed was undeniably a Staple card in any deck prior to it's banning in Sept 05, and widely accepted as the best Staple card in existence.
  • "Jar Robber" was created to specifically counter this card.
  • This is one of the four Forbidden cards that has its effect featured in "Fuh-Rin-Ka-Zan".
  • This card has the smallest lore.
