Darkness Ruler is the Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses incarnation of Panik. He is a mamber of the White Roses.
You can obtain the card "Exile of the Wicked", using the find ability on B6, while playing against Darkness Ruler.
Deck
Darkness Ruler uses a Dark Fiend Deck with "King of Yamimakai" as his Deck Leader. All his monsters are DARK and Fiend-Type automatically getting a Field Power Bonus due to the Darkness field when ou face him in story mode.
