Equip redirects here. For the game action see: Equipped

Equip Spell Cards are Spell Cards that usually change the ATK and DEF of a Monster Card on the field, or grant that Monster Card special abilities. When these cards are destroyed, the equipped Monster's Stats return to normal, unless the card itself specifies the Monster Card is destroyed as well.

Unless the card itself specifically denies it, you may equip an Equip Spell Card to any monster on the field, be it controlled by you or your opponent. You can only play Equip Spell cards on face-up monsters.
