"Time Seal" can be obtained by inputting its password (EKQ18VJX) on the Deck Editor screen.
- The password input can be displayed by pressing the R3 button. Only 1 copy of "Time Seal" can be obtained by using a password.
"Time Seal" can be obtained via Reincarnation of a card with similar Deck Cost.
